The Net a Porter team - make Leuka your charity of the year at work

Make Leuka your charity of choice

Is your company looking for a way of giving back to the community and to engage staff in meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility projects? If so, come and partner with Leuka!

As a corporate supporter of our charity, you’ll help us get ever closer to our aim of curing Leukaemia by supporting our world-class cancer research.

As a small and specialist charity we are able to collaborate with companies to create unique and bespoke projects. Our partnerships are designed to be beneficial to businesses whilst also supporting our vital research into leukaemia and other blood cancers.

Through the commitment and enthusiasm of our corporate supporters, we aim to stay at the forefront of blood cancer research and treatment.

Our partnerships can take many forms, including:

  • Charity of the Year
  • Employee fundraising
  • Fundraising events
  • Team challenges
  • Sponsorship
  • Payroll giving.

We can giving informative and motivational presentations to your staff, providing tailored fundraising support and provide you with a wide range of national and international events to engage your staff. However and whenever you can get involved, we can support you.

Net-a-Porter’s charity of the year

#likes4leuka

In 2015/16, Leuka worked with Net-a-Porter as their charity of the year. Net-a-Porter chose us in memory of their colleague Lee Blowers, a retoucher on the studio team. Lee sadly passed away in August 2015 after fighting leukaemia for a year.

During our time as their Charity of the Year, the company not only fundraised through bake sales, raffles, and donating proceeds from the staff sample sale, but helped us raise awareness through their brilliant #likes4leuka campaign, in which supporters painted their thumbnails red.

Net-a-Porter colleagues also volunteered at events such as the Mini Masters, and Who’s Cooking Dinner? at the Four Seasons Hotel.
